6th Grade Environmental Classroom News for This Week
This week the 6th grade EC students will continue working on their winter survival shelters at Camp Roger.  Each students was required to research survival shelters and then build a model of their planned shelter.  These models are displayed on the top of their lockers at RCS.  At the current time the students are building their actual survival shelter at Camp roger.  This graded project has three expectations; 1) It must be big enough to hold 2 students comfortably, 2)  Must not allow any snow or rain on the inside, and 3)  The door must open to the south-southeast direction.

Our 1899 salmon eggs have arrived.  They are doing great with expected hatching to begin around Dec. 1.
