The service-learning activities last week were GREAT. I went with K-2 to Covenant Village in the afternoon.

RCS Ski Club
Ski Club Passes were handed out to signed-up students last week. Watch the home bulletin for notice of when Ski Club will begin.

All 7th/8th Grade Students will be singing on Monday, December 13 in a choral concert at Grand Rapids Christian High School

The Nativity Scene is a quiet place – especially during the readings.
If you want to pet the large animals, you will be able to do so with a parent present (for safety reasons) at 8:00 p.m.

RCS Kids Club
Beginning with the month of December (this Friday), we will no longer be offering Kids Club on Friday afternoons due to lack of attendance.

The Fourth Grade Store is back!
There will be snacks available for your children to buy, ranging in price from $.25 to $1.00. Also, Mrs. Broersma will have many homemade scarves available for $7. The store will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday during morning and lunch recess. Proceeds will be used to benefit various community needs/projects.

Please make note
of a change in the schedule for Family Time the week before Christmas break:
We will not have our normal Family Time on Monday, December 13th. Instead, we will have a special Christmas Family Time on Friday, December 17th during 1st hour (8:35-9:17).

Family Time
There will be a family time Monday the 6th from 8:30-9:00.
Curt Sweedyk, from Kuyper College (A Music Ministry Major) will be leading this family time.
