I hope you had a wonderful
weekend. I had a busy weekend. I celebrated my Mom. It was seven years ago since she passed away. We also helped my sister move, and we had a
birthday party for my brother-in-law.

8th
Grade Sub Sale
Our 8th grade student have
completed their sub sale, and the subs will be available for pickup at the
front of school (if you ordered from the front office) or from the student you
ordered with at the end of the day on Friday, November 15. Thanks for
your support.
School
Pictures
School pictures were sent home with
students. Our re-take date is scheduled for Monday, November 11. Your
student(s) must return the original picture package on the re-take date at the
time of the picture. The class composites (if ordered) will arrive later.
The
Scholastic Book Fair is here!
Visit the front entrance lobby for
all the fun! There are so many books for every kind of kid and adults, too.
Adventure, sci-fi, cookbooks, best-sellers, and “laugh-out-loud” stories. The
sale will be held November 4-8, hours 8:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m., Monday through
Friday. Special evening hours on Wednesday,
November 6 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Come shop at our book fair and get
some early Christmas shopping done. Books make great Christmas presents!
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the library at RCS.

today, November 4 but remember you can also do your book shopping,

and click on the Shop Now button. Online shopping is available through November 11,
convenient 24 hour access, with an expanded selection for ALL ages. You can
search for books by category, grade, age and price.
You can create wish lists and
invite friends and family to shop with eCards.
Best of all, purchases benefit our school and will help us achieve our Book
Fair goal. All online orders ship for FREE to the
school, and will be delivered to your child's classroom after the Online Fair
has ended.

Yearbook Sales
You can now place your order for a
Rockford Christian yearbook. Order your yearbook for $20 today! After December
1, the price will be going up. Additional order forms are available in

6th
Grade Environmental Classroom News
This week the 6th
grade Environmental Classroom students are working feverishly on their survival
shelters at Camp Roger. The shelters must
be built strong and secure in order to survive the harsh winter elements that
soon will be here. In Bible class, the
students are also learning how God is our shelter
and how He protects each of us—our
Shelter from the stormy blast and our eternal home.

The 2nd grade and Spanish Emersion classes are going
to Camp Roger in the afternoon
4th
Graders will be going to the Pipelines Concert at Central Reformed Church

have your child dress properly when they are scheduled for Camp Roger.
