Rockford Christian Care & Concern :
Pray for Josh VanTil and his family as they are traveling all week to Oregon. Also, pray for Dave Carpenter and his father as they are driving a U-Haul with the VanTil’s possessions.
Today at Family Time -- May 2
Thank you, Jessie, for coming and leading us in a time of worship!
This is a continuation of last week's phrase:
(last week)
¿Quién vive? Cristo (Who lives? Christ!)
Spanish phrase
This week is the second call and response:
A su nombre.... (Ah- sue- nome-bray) To his name!
¡Gloria! (Glo-ree-ah) Glory!

The 6th Graders will be picking garlic mustard. Garlic Mustard is an invasive plant that is taking over much of the wooded areas in our state. These plants prevent other important woodland plants from growing. Each plant will drop hundreds of seeds in the summer. That is why we need to pick them in the spring. Thanks, 6th grade Environmental Classroom students!!!
