I hope that you had a great weekend!

We have one more week of school!!!

Thank you very much for buying my note cards. I will donate $50 to Haiti.

I would like to say thank you for allowing me to be with your children at RCS this school year! I enjoy praying, working, and helping the students become children of God.

Sports news

Congratulations to our 7/8 grade boys Baseball team. They not only won their league championship but their tournament as well!!!

TRIP news

SUMMER SCHEDULE 

Our summer hours will begin the week of June 10 as follows:

9-10AM on Tuesdays at Rockford Christian School

9AM-5PM on Wednesdays at GR Christian Elementary School  

We will be open through June and CLOSED July 1-6.  The remainder of the summer schedule will be announced soon.  Check our website at www.eagletrip.org.

Learning Commons News

Please remember to return all library books. Students with lost books will be charged for the replacement cost of the book.

Keep on reading all summer! Summer reading programs are available at local KDL and Grand Rapids Public Libraries. Sign your student up at the beginning of summer to take advantage of great reading incentives, prizes, and activities. Local bookstores also have reading programs.

Students will need to bring sack lunches for the last week of school.

Family Time

Monday, June 3: 8th grade class led Family Time.

Friday, June 7: K-8 will participate in this last day Family Time. Parents are invited as always. It will be in the morning at the usual time.

Memorial Dedication

: We will be dedicating a memorial area (out in front of school under the portico at the new brick walkway) this afternoon, 4 p.m. for Kyle Alberta, an RCS graduate who was killed in a vehicle accident a couple of years ago. You are invited to join us for this dedication. If you knew Kyle and his family or knew others who were part of the RCS community when Kyle and his family were at RCS, please spread the word.
